HANDS OF STEEL
I wish these instructional DVDs were around when I was a kid. My hands are trashed from windsurfing and kite boarding so speed on the fret board suffers a lot. These exercises have really helped me loosen up and do other stuff than the same licks over and over again.

BERNIE WORRELL: CREATIVE TECHNIQUES FOR KEYBOARDS
This DVD is awesome, it helped me alot with my creative process and technique. Bernie is a good instructor and such an accomplished musician. I have used this DVD at my friends house and after seeing how awesome my friend plays now and the great level of instruction Rock House has to offer I have decided to pick up my own copy!
