Q: MY MEMBER # MISSING OR NOT WORKING.
A: The member number is found inside your DVD case or in the back of your book. It will have 2 letters followed by 6 digits. If it does not work Email us at and we will provide you with a member number.
Q: HOW DO I REGISTER?
A: There are 2 ways, 1: you must have a Rock House product with a member number, this gives you 100% access to everything on the site. 2: You can go to the 5 FREE LESSONS offer found on the home page and sign up for a FREE partial membership. What you get is listed with the offer. To register, click REGISTER on the , click on "Sign up" link in the top right hand side of the main tool bar. It takes less than 45 seconds to sign up, just provide the information that is asked for and you are in. YOUR INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE USED BY A THIRD PARTY! Once the registration process is complete, you are in right away. You will also receive a welcome email from Rock House. This welcome email will list your user name and password. That's all you need to sign in.
Q: I FORGOT MY USER NAME AND/OR PASSWORD.

Q: HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL OR PASSWORD?
A: To change your email address you must first be signed into the Lesson Support Site. Once there click on “Edit Profile” (appears on the left hand side of the page in red) Then select Edit Name, Email, Username, and DOB.
Q: HOW DO I ADD MY MEMBER NUMBER?
A: This is done at the time of registration. You only need to have one Rock House product to gain access to the entire site. If you go out and buy another product it is not necessary to also register that product. YOU ONLY NEED TO ADD THE MEMBER NUMBER ONCE for ONE PRODUCT, you do not need to add it for other product.
Q: HOW DO I FIND THE LESSON BOOKLETS AND THE IPOD READY VIDEO?
A: These items are found directly on the DVDs. To access the E-Tab Book and Ipod ready videos, load the DVD into a DVD Rom equipped computer. For windows: Open My Computer, right click on the DVD drive icon and select Explore. (If your DVD player automatically launches upon insertion of the disc, shut down the DVD player to access My Computer icon on the desktop).
Double click the IPOD_VIDEOS.MSI file and follow the installation instructions or double click on the E-Tab Book PDF file.
Q: MY DVD IS NOT WORKING ON MY COMPUTER.
A: It is impossible to keep up with software changes; therefore there is a slight chance that some older computers may not play the DVD. To make sure there I son problem with the DVD please try it in a on a set top player (DVD hooked up to a TV). If it works there then it may be that your computer software that plays DVD does not work. If it still does not work email us at and we would be happy to assist you.

Q: HOW DO I TUNE MY GUITAR?
A: The best way to tune is to use and electronic tuner, which you can find at any MI retail store. Also, at the beginning of each Rock House product there is a section on tunning or you can use the FREE tuner that is found inside the LESSON SUPPORT section. To use the online tuner you just be registered and logged in. If you really don't have much luck with the tuning you can always bring your guitar to a local music store and ask them to tune it for you, they are always very eager to help.
Q: WHERE CAN I FIND THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & BACKING TRACKS THAT COME WITH MY PRODUCT?

Q: YOU CAN DOWNLOADING BACKING TRACKS AND BURN THEM TO A CD?
A: Once in the LESSON SUPPORT section, to save, right click on tab under the player, choose save as or save target as, select a folder on your computer that you can access easily and save it there. You have just downloaded all the tracks for that program. Use what every program you use to unzip the files. Then use whatever CD burning system you use the burn them to a CD
Q: HOW DO I FIND THE BACKING TRACKS?
A: Click on Lesson Support, Scroll over teh cataogoru list and your product will pop-up, select your product and everything we have for that product will pop-up.
Q: MY DVD IS NIOT WORKING IN WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER
A: Windows Media Player is not really designed to play DVDs. Yes it some instances it can becuase the codecs are built into the system. If you do not have the codecs within Windows Media Player it will not play a DVD. YOU CAN GO TO MICRSOFT"s WEB SITE where then explain it.
Q: I CAN NOT FIND THE PDF OF THE BOOKLET ON MY DVD!
A: If your DVD did not come with a printed booklet, then the booklet is in PDF fiormat on the DVDs main menu. If for whatever reason yiou still can not find the booklet then email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you one.
Q: HOW DO I FIND MY PRODUCT IN THE LESSON SUPPORT SECTION?
A: Easy just click on lessons support on the top tool bar, then cursors over your catagory, your product will pop up just click to link to it and you are good to go.
Q: I CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT ANYWHERE AROUND WHERE I LIVE?
A: It is hard to get the product into every store. However, every product we sell is in our store, just click shop. Once in there you can find the product, order the hard good or digital downloads. If that does not work use the DEALER LOCATOR found on the top tool bar.
