"This program is pretty sick! I found it at a Guitar Center and if you want to play lead guitar you will love this DVD. It has two cameras showing his right and left hand and little stickers with numbers on the frets so you never get lost. It really helped me out with my sweeping and economy picking. Overall a great product., I highly recommend it!"

JOHN MCCARTHY FROM AN AMAZON.COM CUSTOMER
At first I thought John McCarthy's exercises and strength training techniques for guitar were too rudimentary. But, I was fooled by it's simplicity. Mccarthy's training techniques are awesome and the way he shows you within his instruction is superb in comparison to any mainstream or well-known exercise videos or literature out there.
