LEVEL 1: Is for aspiring musicians who have a Rock House product with a Member Number,
this level provides total access to everything we have on the site. YES IT IS FREE!
LEVEL 2: Is for aspiring musicians who don't own Rock House product but want access to the tools
in Public Areas. YES IT IS FREE.
